[At-Large] List of endorsed Board Liaision nominees posting requested

The  process provided that each RALO would provide its list of nominees; 
those nominees are responsible for accepting the nomination, as well as 
providing the required information, by the deadline. Wendy did accept 
NARALO's nomination so she will be on the ballot for that reason in any 
case.

If EURALO has a recommendation it should make that known today, the 
process actually required  this to be provided by the 15th. EURALO had 
complete latitude as to how to go about deciding on its preference, or 
indeed whether or not to declare one.
