Dear all,

We would like make a clarification with regards to the NomCom election
results where there were more than one candidate.

The members of the ALAC were asked to rank the candidates by preference,
with 1 (the first click made) being their first choice and 2 their second.
Therefore, the candidate with the lowest score is the candidate who the
majority of the voting ALAC members ranked as their first choice for
regional NomCom delegate.

We can affirm that José Ovidio Salgueiro is the elected NomCom Delegate for
Latin America and the Caribbean and Eduardo Diaz is the elected NomCom
delegate for North America.
