Hello CLO and ALAC,

I was at Meissen, Germany for a week to attend the European Summer School of
Internet Governance where some of the faculty members are from NCUC. Though
not in a formal capacity, I had occasion to talk about some shared concerns
between NCUC and ALAC, such as the IRT.

>From this informal opportunity to interact with some of NCUC members I feel
that we could work on common concerns even more closely.

This is my individual opionion, presented to alac as it is relevant to
report this.

Thank you.
