[At-Large] IGF workshops

Hello Daniel

Thank you for coming forward to participate. It would be useful for this
workshop if you could bring in your perspectives as a columnist and radio/tv
journalist.

Child Safety issues are real, but sometimes politicized as an argument to
bring about censorship and other forms of control. The idea of this workshop
is to approach the necessary online child safety aspects, with proportionate
attention while empahsizing the goodness of online resources for children.

Would be attending the IGF this year?
