[At-Large] Presidential Rumour?

I have heard somewhere that he has an in-depth understanding of the ICANN
processes and knows the value of the importance and significance of
structures such as at-Large and other important organizations that are
significant to ICANN.  I think we all can look forward to a CEO who is
committed, someone with a good understanding of the ICANN history and
processes, someone who would be a pleasure to work with.
