[At-Large] Update on the Search and Appointment of a New President and CEO of ICANN

Just tweeted so some of you will have seen my => "ALAC & At-Large look
forward to the introduction of the lead candidate for CEO to other members
of the ICANN community in Sydney"  in reply to @icann_en regarding this
recent announcement =>

the penultimate paragraph of this announcement is a reply to my letter to
the Board regarding internal candidates and the search for CEO, perhaps I'll
get formal confirmation or follow up on that in Sydney as well...
