I agree. While the contents may represent less than what we hoped for
and certainly below our ambitions, I believe this is as best as we
could get at this point.
At the thematic session on Internet User Rights etc. chaired by Max
Senges 2 days ago, the Registrant Bill of Rights was accounted. I
will be working with the informal working group to define a framework
for such a charter.
