[At-Large] Thoughts on Delaying New gTLDs

It is actually too sad that we cannot get out the
ploutotechnocratical current ICANN spirit. The DNS is NOT a business.
ALAC should be here to best advise ICANN, not to make it believe it
is the only solution in town when it is the leading erroneous one.
