Just to note to you all that both Sebastien and I attended the first of
these calls and I ( at least) will be joining this one as well... Just like
last call, prepared  questions will be sent prior to the meeting (as we did
last time based on discussion held in Cairo and online since)  SO please
forward to me (via this list or directly)  matters you wish raised
specifically  with reference to Modules 5 or 6  I m also happy to post
further *new* matters of a general nature  so they get on the record and if
permitted will raise them in the call as well...


CLO ( who would have sent this draft about 16 hrs ago if there had been
reliable Internet connectivity in the meeting rooms at the IGF Meeting
yesterday *sigh*  but there was not)...
