Re:  "I prepared a draft agenda for the ALAC meeting on Tuesday"

It is not the prerogative of ICANN Staff to prepare draft agendas for the ALAC.  That is the duty and responsibility of ALAC's Executive Committee.  

If you want to be helpful, please release the requested Issues Report that is due today.
