[At-Large] [ALAC-Internal] Call for nominations to ALAC Liaison and Appointment Positions for 2008 - 2009

If I remember correctly...

Initially there was no civil society/At large member of the PSC. It 
took lobbying, questions in the public forum, etc to reach the stage 
Jacqueline describes where names were submitted.
