Muting in Adigo (rather than using mute on the phone) should prevent 
any noise from a bad connection.  Least that's how I understand the 
teleconferences normally works. Not an expert though.

Sure, I wasn't suggesting ICANN stop all work and focus on 
teleconference solutions.

Teleconferences are essential to our work, an essential resource, and 
the system used now doesn't seem to work as well as it should. Let's 
try and improve it and make our policy work easier.

Not something that we need to make a great fuss about -- but it 
shouldn't be hard to get a snapshot of what's used with what success. 
I'll take it up after Cairo.
