Thank you for your response.  I visited the link
http://www.whitehouse.gov/pcipb/ which lists several PDFs on the US strategy
for Securing Cyberspace (homeland Cyberspace ? !!)

When the US Government talks about securing Cyberspace, it sounds like
"Weapons of Mass Destruction, Weapons of Mass Destruction" to me ...
