[At-Large] Language issues

Vittorio, thanks for your thoughtful comments.
I have been trying to participate in ALAC as much as possible,
yet the last two months I know my level of prticipation was
lower than average. I got a new project to launch, among others,
have to travel a lot (mostly domestically), had to deal with rather
seriouos online defamation, etc etc, and even I was aware of
certain events, I could not particiapte, and I also missed other
events, such as one vote, as I was not paying sufficient attention.
I missed to read on email and that is it.

And, I am ready to be evaluated based on the rules we collectively agreed.
