[At-Large] ALAC list archives

Dear Adam:

The rationale for not showing the ALAC list is that experience has shown that people will try to subscribe to any list which is advertised, and that list is not subscribable. This then leads to turning down subscription requests, and then necessitates explaining why...

However, the point about advertising the archive of the working ALAC list is of course entirely useful. We can add this into the Mailing Lists message.

However, the ALAC mailing list is currently easy to access via the forum for that list at http://www.atlarge.icann.org.
