[At-Large] More than half of the ALAC will be encouraged to resign

It's there - last one on the list at this point in time. Subject
"Global ALAC election process". The attachment is there, but for some
reason the filetype was changed from .PDF to .OBJ. On the threaded
archive on the new ALAC web site, the attachments seem to disappear
altogether.
