[At-Large] ALAC Mailing List Changes - an update

Vittorio and all,

  Yeah, I got several of these as well.  Tells me that the "Changes"
and the person that made them were not done correctly or not
proper specified "Changes".  I bet that this is/was a human error!

  Of course this is what happens when you have incompetent people
making such "Changes".  And such is all to typical of ICANN staff
members historically.
