[At-Large] Is the ALAC preparing to submit: APNIC 26 - Call for policy proposals and informational presentations

  As far as I can asertain, the ALAC doesn't seem to be prepaired
to, or have a draft proposal.  Will the ALAC be doing so?  Time is
short.
