Dear IGC List Participant,

We are preparing a list of members of the Internet Governance Caucus as
per its charter (http://www.igcaucus.org/IGC-charter_final-061014.html
). The charter defines members as ” individuals, acting in personal
capacity, who subscribe to the charter of the caucus”. We request you to
go through the charter and if you are willing to subscribe to it, please
indicate so in reply to this email.

You are requested to reply within 3 weeks (end of day July 17th, 2008)
of receiving this email to get your name in the IGC members’ list.

The members’ list generated at the end of 3 weeks, seen together with
the condition that the member need to be subscribed to the IGC email
list for 2 months prior to that date, will be used to prepare the voting
list for voting for our new co-coordinator. The members list of course
will remain open for any new subscription, at all times.

Apart from giving your full name, you may, if you so desire, provide any
affiliations etc, to help us maintain a complete list of IGC members
along with some basic information about them.
