I second Wendy`s nomination too.

Izumi, I agree, that one year is not enough and we should avoid further loss of knowledge and experience.

I would like to underline, speaking from an ALAC and a regional perspective, that Wendy has been a great support for our work, giving insights and contributions and supporting outreach on our regional level.
