[At-Large] Our next meeting - 10:00, NOT 11:30

For those who are in Paris, but not in the current meeting room of
ALAC - GNSO, our next meeting, OneDay will begin at 10:00, or just
after join meeting with GNSO is over, not 11:30 as is described in
ICANN offical website. We will not have the translation for the first
hour, though.
