I am therefore entitled to think that the confusion created by the
Staff (pretending that we do not exist, then giving to think that
Jefsey is a clone of Sebastien Bachollet) will be lifted and that we
will be able to vote after Paris.

<CLO>  This is it seems to me confusing things more... So let me clarify...
the only voting any ALS might do in Paris would relate to activities in the
EURALO General Assembly not any ALAC activities / meetings or indeed any
liaison elections... france at large is currently not an ALS (subject I believe
to further discussion/investigation/review). And I know of no confusion
between the President of ISOC France and our ALAC Co-Vice Chair Sebastien
Bachollet and any one, including JFC Morfin.

I then nominate JFC Morfin.
<CLO> If you refer to the position of Board liaison then as stated below
only an ALAC member (that is one of the 15 people on the current Advisory
Committee who are either appointed by NomCom or RALO's to represent 5 global
regions) can nominate... ALS status has no bearing on that at all.

BTW; will france at large be able to participate and to submit a report
during the Paris meeting?

<CLO> At-Large and/or ALS activities can of course be submitted to the
EURALO, inclusion or otherwise would be up to them though... If your
organisation wishes to submit some sort of report to the ALAC's attention
than I'm happy to receive and table it, as a record of local
At-Large/Internet user activity. 

Will it be broadcasted live (we have members all over France and we
have three related meetings the same week, you will be explained when
you are here).

<CLO> Remote participation (though not 'live broadcast' per se) is to be
available from most if not all of our open meetings (there may be some
limitations on site I am not aware of) and any method available will be
linked in the details of any given Agenda... Also the ALAC / RALO meetings
normal recordings, transcripts and minutes (that happens in any other ALAC
meeting as well) will also occur to the wiki page related to each meeting or
event... Your members should/could, as well, use the usual public
participation methods provided for the general ICANN meeting...
