[At-Large] [governance] Fall ICANN meeting in Cairo - Rights discussion off the agenda ... ?

I am also concerned about death penalty, and can quote declaration of
principle on this subject by the international community.
However, I would not suggest either not to hold meetings in countries where
death penalty is part of the legislation, nor to rally against death penalty
during an ICANN meeting, nor to recommend ICANN to include this in the core
principles.

Cheers,
Roberto
