Nick and all,
Thank you for this reference of "Westlake consulting", but who
the heck is "Westlake Consulting" and how are they affiliated
with ICANN? What Email address should someone forward these
concerns? And what is the URL for "Westlake Consulting"?
Is the url http://www.westlakeinc.com/ ? If so the only
Email contact point listed on their web site seems to
be info at westlakeinc.com . Is this correct? If so, why is
a "General delivery" email address the contact point? Do they
not have a live person with a individual Email address by which
such concerns can be sent to? If not, why not? Don't you think
that they ought to close up their open DNS server so as to not expose
visitors of those whom may wish to communicate with them to spam,
phishing attempts, and data theft? or misuse?
See: http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/dnsreport.ch?domain=westlakeinc.com&token=2590cfd4c2225e0100f1c78c31300019
Sorry for all these questions, but I think they are
reasonable ones, don't you?

I hope that you will all take the opportunity to send them your thoughts on these subjects; I know that many of you have strong views about this and it would be a shame if the reviewers didn't have a complete picture of the perspectives.
