[At-Large] Grant Funding to Support ALS Activities

That's the position - no funding from ICANN for ALS activities. Haven't 
seen a change in the bylaws indicating that ICANN will fund ALSes... and 
I would strongly disagree with it were it suggested.
Have any of you seen any information from ALAC re applying for grant 
funding? There was some discussion a while ago as to the viability of so 
doing  in some of the RALOs, but ALAC isn't a fiscal organisation to 
apply for grants - it would have to be ICANN applying, wouldn't it?
