[At-Large] GNSO new gTLD session next week

Cheryl and all,

  Sorry to read/hear that Alan nor Beau will be attending.
Two or our INEGroup members will be attending.  They will be
there mostly to listen and report back to our members so that
we may gather whatever information from that session and 
issue a possition statemen and/or directive accordingly.

  Of course, I shall share that possition statemen and/or 
directive with all ALAC members accordingly as well.  We
prefer that all of our positions are in written format
for documentation purposes and historical record.
