jacque and all,
I believe that the NTIA made the only logical and
proper decision, one of their few however. I fully
realize that NIC France would like a shot at taking over,
or maybe even Geneva. But unless they can collectively
clean up their own respective acts, which is unlikely,
the NTIA will continue to be in charge. I agree that
this isn't perfict, but it's better than any reletive
alternitive including the UN or the ITU to be sure.
