I know that (for a reason I am not certain about france at large is not 
accredited yet), but I wish on its behalf to let know that we 
strongly support that nomination. Sebastien is the ISOC France Chair 
and not a Member of our organization (yet?). We want specially to 
thank him for the good work he achieves in the dynamic French 
environment where we just started preparing the first meeting of the 
French IGF. This is a national forum where we need to see @large 
actively represented.
