is not missed by me and frankly is appropriate.  Sounds allot like

  Further seems to me someone within the ICANN staff or
Board isn't getting kissed properly or in the right place...>;)
How terrible for whomever that is, eh?

  But again, from where I sit, the ALAC can easily generate it's
own funding to pay for travel expenses or for whatever else it
desires if the members will work at it a bit...  Key word, WORK!
