[At-Large] ALAC Statement regarding the ICANN JPA Midterm Review

Many thanks Cheryl and all those who helped come up with this very inclusive
and clear statement. Dealing with diversity is really hard and for
that I like to
congratulate our Chair, as well as overcoming the connectivity and time
challenges.
