Thank your for forwarding this document. I have passed it
onto our members for their review and requested of them
to review it with all due haste, but carefully and completely,
and get back to me so I can provide our members opinion
regarding same. We will, and I shall present, a measured
consensus view of this document to the ALAC as is my
responsibility.
