[At-Large] Regional Outreach Meeting to be held in April 2008 in Dubai

Will there be any component/focus on AtLarge if they are going
to talk about "multi-stakeholder" model?  We have only one
ALS from West Asia/ Arab world yet and it would be a loss of
opportunity if we don't try to use this opportunity.
