[At-Large] Timing of Major Documents

Dear Darlene:
Your timing of this note is impeccable. I have been informed just this
morning that for this and subsequent meetings, a deadline has been put
into place which will require any document that is to be discussed at
an ICANN meeting shall be posted not less than 10 days before the
meeting opens. I understand that the Board has initiated this policy,
which is as you note in line with the requirements for availability of
information for Board meetings.
