[At-Large] [APAC-Discuss] Input Period Extended into Issues Report for the IDN ccPDP

Many thanks for Nick's summary. The present status of ccPDP is at
post-Issue Paper stage. It is correct for Nick to say that issue paper
is the second step for launch of a PDP. What I want to add is that
ccNSO is establishing the IDNC, which is to institutionalize the PDP
and a clear reply to the second question raised by the issue paper.
IDNC is now moving forward by setting up a Working Group on fast-track
of IDN ccTLDs.
