[At-Large] Inviting Indian public to New Delhi meeting

Not easy to get general public to meetings held on week days, people
work. Think you have to be in the industry (in some way) to want to
spend a week at ICANN even if it's in your home town. And it's a bit
late for outreach to people from outside Delhi.

But I've written to Madan to see what he suggests, if he can write
something up from the local IT media. blogs etc.

You could ask Ramaraj if he could get a note on the Sify home page
(but that would be a bit like asking Vint to add a note about the LA
meeting to google.com, but there might be local Delhi pages -- don't
know how Sify is organized.) Asking his advice would anyway make
sense. There seems to be an ISOC Delhi chapter.

Bit late to be thinking of this now. Perhaps the EURALO could start
planning some outreach for Paris?
