      Please note that Consumer Reports WebWatch will be publishing the
      attached document on its sites in the next few days. We worked with Dave
      Piscitello of the SSAC and with Nick, then Dave worked with Kieran of
      ICANN staff before sending the document to me. In turn, I edited it for
      content, but made few changes. It was Dave's idea to do this and I think
      the results are great.
