I quite agree with this line. In my veiw, NCUC and ALAC/RALO/ALS are
complementaly, not competing, at least directly.

With the result of GNSO Review and also upcoming ALAC review,
as well as Board review, we should not limit our imagination to
just the curresnt status-quo, but I think we should also pay good attention
to the past history which led to the present situation.
