[At-Large] Call for nominations for ALAC Officer Positions (2ndround)

I thought for the working group, it is the coordinator,
not the member, of course.

I also had some conversation with some ALAC members
about this, and we came an idea that if so happenes there can be two
or more coordinators in working groups. I think
it does not have to be one person.
