[At-Large] IPv4-v6 Workshop in Rio

For those of you who will participate IGF in Rio, I would like
to invite you to participate the workshop:
"IPv4 to IPv6: challenges and opportunities",
Monday, Nov 12,  1330 - 1500, room Pardo II,
right after the plenary session.

I will be moderating the session as well as giving
"The View from End User andPublic Interest"in 5 minutes.

I attach my slide including the summary of ALAC statement
(with some editing).

Note - I will NOT represent ALAC, but plan to  introduce myself
as a member of ALAC.
Comments and suggestions are all welcome.
