[At-Large] FW: FW: Information onrespectful communication

I am somewhat puzzeled with the proposal to ask Ombudsman to
informally involved. I have difficulty in understanding what exactly
is the problem that needs the Ombudsman's help.

Setting aside my very "personal" opinion about Ombudman, being
a non-native English speaker, it is quite difficult for me to really "feel"
the "tone" of the messages. I see some points Jacqueline raised
about the behavior online better be improved.

But as some already said, we had a very productive workshop yesterday
and it was a pitty that Jacqueline as well as Staff and
RALO secretariat could not participate. But one ALAC participant
told us later that he usually does not like that kind of "teambuilding"
exercise at all, but nevertherless said that the workshop was
quite good. One of the facilitators said though she had done
many similar teambuilding workshops professionaly, this was
the most difficult one to conduct, and I fully agree with it.

With that, I don't think ALAC as a whole is in that bad situation.
There are a lot of room to be improved, I agree, but I think with
reasonable steps we can tackle these issues and become
more effective.

Now, I would like to see everyone take a deep breath, close eyes,
think of others, and try to come to understand each other more
without going back to the past too much.
