[At-Large] ALAC Positions open for nominations 2007-2008

I read Evan's suggestions not as "discrimination" but as a request that
the At-Large leadership be accountable to the at-large public. At the
moment, the only accountability any of the Committee has is the
possibility of recall by its regional structures. So it makes sense for
an at-large participant to ask the committee to select its executive
from among members who have that connection -- and it sounds to me like
a reasonable request.
