[At-Large] ALAC Positions open for nominations 2007-2008

I support the appeal, but let's not forget that Nomcom members were 
added (contrarily to the advice of the ALAC Advisory Group who made the 
initial proposal - we had suggested to have these five seats picked 
through a global (s)election process inside the At Large) exactly to 
bring a different type of people into the mechanism, and avoid the risk 
of the ALS-RALO-ALAC system becoming too closed and self-referential.

For the time being, Nomcom-appointed members are 1/3 of the ALAC, and it 
would be unfair to them to discriminate them for any position - 
actually, if we look at the issue mathematically, one out of the three 
Chair + Vice Chairs should be a Nomcom-appointed ALAC member.
