[At-Large] LA agenda SC issues

Dear Robert, Veronica, Didier,

in our ALAC tel conf today we discussed that the LA agenda subcommittee 
should take care of the following issues:

- Find a time slot to discuss the budget and invite Doug Brent
- Find a time slot to discuss the At-Large Summit
- Find a time slot (or time slots) to discuss and publicly present 
Policy issues as there are:

1. New gTLDS
2. IDNs: ALAC Statement for the ICANN Board Request for Responses
(Hong pointed out that we have to deal with this issue until tuesday!)

3. RAA Review
4. WHOIS Service
5. IPv4 - IPv6 Migration

6. Domain Tasting


All ALAC meetings should be announced with a precise agenda (Nick 
volunteered to put a first draft together today)
