[At-Large] IDN Introduction Video - multilingual - online now

[Hong Xue]

I viewed the video with Chinese subtitles. The translation really lets me
down. The translator seems to understand neither Chinese nor DNS. Some
extremely weird terms are used, i.e. "TLDs" are translated into "High-level"
names. Strongly suggest re-edition.
