The incoming board and liaisons met in Frankfurt last week to discuss
how to be more effective as a Board and the requirements for the next
Board chair and vice-chair.  No decisions were made at this meeting.
Votes will be taken at the AGM.

I look forward to reporting in more detail -- and conveying At-Large
input -- when the board discusses substantive policy matters.
