Alan, unlike some within the At-Large community I prefer to err on the
side of more openness rather than less when possible.

The cross-posting was intentional because it the Summit is a project of
global scope, that had its genesis within the San Juan NARALO meetings.

As the poster of the original message, I apologize if such an attempt at
transparency and inclusiveness offended you.
