[At-Large] ALAC Positions open for nominations 2007-2008 - GAC

It is important to remember that GAC has to decide to accept an At-
Large or ALAC GAC Liaison. ALAC can select a person in this capacity,
but if the GAC will not receive that person (or any other person) in
that capacity, they will be unable to work.
