[At-Large] ALAC Positions open for nominations 2007-2008 - GAC

Thanks Sébastien - I take this as the nomination for me
for the GAC liaison, and I am honored for that and would
like to confirm my acceptance of nomination.
Having been at ALAC for a long time, I feel the importance
of ALAC to have closer contacts with GAC, both are sort
of supposed to represent the "Public", thus we have some common
issues, but from rather different positions.
As you all may have noticed, though both are "advisory", GAC
advice has more weight to the Board than ALAC, with good
reasons, but by having closer relationship with GAC, I think
our voices will also have more relevance.
