Thanks Alan for pointing this out. Since I was not able to
participate in the last conf call due to technical reason,
I may have missed the focus. In any case, you are right
that we have not finalized the Rules of Procedure.

I share thought of your sketicism, making decisions
at the conference call, but I think given the situation
we need to make every effort to clean up the mess
and focus on our own work including the conference
call.
