[At-Large] ALS Application Interpretation Guidelines

Dear Committee:

Attached is Rev6 of the guidelines, and Rev1 of the Process Map. The  
guidelines have been gone through for minor grammatical issues and  
have had the examples clearly pulled out from the text as text boxes.

I have sent both off to the Office of the General Counsel and asked  
if they could have their review done and back to us for the Tuesday  
teleconference - since many ICANN staff are on holiday this week that  
may not be possible by I will have more news at the meeting if not  
before.
